Hi, I am Cheri Trudon! My comprehensive marketing plan is what I am known for- which includes high-quality pictures, videos and consistent social media posts. Internet presence and advertising are why I am able to sell so many of my own listings- buyers call me directly and absolutely no one knows more about my properties than I do!  I am known as a specialist in waterfront properties and am often the first to know of a home that is going to come on the market- before it goes on the market.  I live on Coventry Lake and interact with waterfront owners and people who live in lake neighborhoods often.  Being familiar with the Lake Associations around Coventry Lake helps me to explain the value of a lake house to potential buyers. While the majority of my business comes from buyers and sellers in the mid to upper price ranges, I feel the most satisfaction when I help a first- time home buyer!  I pride myself on being an excellent listener.  I try very hard to listen to what my clients’ goals are and then I present them with a plan to accomplish those goals. Together we work hard to successfully buy, sell and close properties.  I have the pleasure of working with exceptional mortgage officers and attorneys who know how to get you financed and closed as smoothly as possible. My expertise in new construction comes from being married to an outstanding builder- I enjoy working for both buyers and builders in the field of new construction.
