“It’s hard to know where to start to describe how extremely delighted we were with Cheri Trudon’s work on our behalf. From the moment she first visited our house to evaluate it for sale she was consistently energetic, enthusiastic and encouraging (the three big E’s) and helped us keep up our confidence and resolve to make the place a truly desirable property. And that leads me to two more “E’s”: expertise and efficiency. Cheri was always available to us when we had a question or needed some guidance, even going so far as to advise us on the home we were purchasing when problems arose during that transaction. She responded to our questions with tremendous speed and never left us wondering what was next in the process. On her first visit she made some recommendations to us to make the house more attractive and sellable to prospective buyers (some room painting, a few minor cosmetic repairs) and her attention to detail was always impressive. If we needed a tradesman to do some repairs or adjustments she always had a quick recommendation (“I’ve got a guy for that”) and they were always professional and a pleasure to work with. Beyond her extraordinary ability to evaluate the market and position our home in its most favorable light she was simply a delight to work with. She always felt to us that she was a partner in our efforts and that went a long way in relieving what is a very anxiety-inducing operation. Along with all the things that we consider “lucky” (finding our new home, getting a favorable mortgage rate, having good legal representation) we would put finding and engaging Cheri at the top of the list.
